Reserved for guests of the hotel, Albergo alla Spiaggia’s restaurant offers a delicious menu, on which fish naturally plays a starring role. Grado is in fact an old fishing village and its culinary tradition, handed down through the generations, is interpreted by the hotel’s chefs using fresh, tasty ingredients.
From boreto, a tasty local fish soup, to sarde in savor, hot sardines marinated with vinegar, onion, garlic and pepper, and other local dishes that combine Mediterranean cuisine with local traditions.

There are also wholesome locally grown vegetables and plenty of Italian and international dishes, always made with the finest ingredients and distinguished by a unique creative touch.
